Database has now 83GB

blocksize 8K
Machine has 4GB RAM
CHANGE:
Adding 20GB of extents to database
CAUSE:
Not a Progress database problem as removing the added 20GB of database extents did not solve the problem.
Problem related to the VNC of AT & T
FIX:
Removing the VNC of AT & T solved the problem
