SYMPTOM(s):
Webclient fails to run.
IP address changed
Domain name has changed
CAUSE:
When the prowcap file searches for updates it will search for the server it was installed from. If changes to the IP address or domain names are made, it will fail to find them and the webclient will not connect.
FIX:
Reinstall Webclient
