SYMPTOM(s):
Can not install 10.1A on Windows
Installation hangs on "Processing Data" message
CAUSE:
The install hangs because DLC environment variable is not set correctly.
FIX:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
The workaround is to unassign DLC in the system and/or user environmental variable panel before installing 10.1A.
