Error 1043 with Lithuanian client
Starting a session using the Baltic code page 1257 results in error 1043
Collation table for code page <code-page> and collation name <collation-name> was not found in <filename>. (1043)
Collation table for code page 1257 and collation name basic was not found in convmap.cp. (1043)
CAUSE:
There is no basic collation support with the Baltic code page, and the session is trying to start using the collation -cpcoll parameter set to 'basic'. Either in startup.pf or a local .pf file.
FIX:
Change the -cpcoll parameter to use either 'Latvian' or 'Lithuanian' collation.
