Last entry in the admnserv.log is: The OSMetrics library loaded:
The OSMetrics library loaded: $DLC/bin/osmetrics.dll
AdminServer crashes.
No java exception or useful Java core file.
Installed 9.1D07 Service Pack or higher

CAUSE:
Bug# 20051013-023
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1E01 or higher.
WORKAROUND:
Comment out Systemplugin section in the AdminServerPlugins.dat file then run proadsv with the modified file.
