The Installation Utility has detected that <file> file is corrupted
The installation software was downloaded from the ESD site (Electronic Download Center)
The size of <file> is correct, when compared to the size of the same file from a printed CD.
CAUSE:
The file got corrupted while downloading from the ESD. To date, no CRC checks are added to verify that the .tar file downloaded from the site is valid.
FIX:
Repeat the download.
You may want to clear the web browser cache first, otherwise your web browser might pick the old, corrupted file from its cache rather than downloading it anew from the ESD.
