Error importing Fathom Job template
Import failed. Invalid Progress version string (10311)
CAUSE:
The header of the .xml file being imported is specifying a different version of Fathom Management. For example, if the 10311 error is received while importing into Fathom Management 3.0A, the header may read as follows:

<Element NAME="platform" VALUE="linux".>
<Element NAME="version" VALUE="2.0A"
FIX:
Change the value of "version" to the installed version of Fathom Management.
