SYMPTOM(s):
Table contains large number of records (> 45 million records).
Binary dump and load complete without error messages.
Loading table's binary dump file shows that a number of records are missing.
Number of records in table before and after binary dump are verified with a table analysis.
Other tables (including table with larger number of records) do not show this behavior.
Subsequent binary load of the table does not show this behavior.

The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Reloading the binary dump file yields the correct number of records.
