FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Getting error 5825 with working WebSpeed broker
Msngr: the specified service name does not exist or had a bad format (5825)
The error is apparent upon accessing the workshop
The broker is registered with the NameServer
Windows Firewall is off
All the links under WebSpeed Messenger Administration (WSMAdmin) page are working fine.
CAUSE:
The Internet explorer browser cache already cached the WebSpeed Error page in the Temporary Internet folder. Therefore, the error page is displayed even though the page was refreshed.
FIX:
Clear the browser cache by following the steps below and restart the browser to access the workshop:
1. Click Tools on the browser menu > Internet Options > General tab
2. Under Temporary Internet files, click the Delete files button > place a check on the Delete all offline content and click OK button.
3. After you get the control back, Click OK out of it and close the browser.
