SYMPTOM(s):
Trying to add field with the same field ORDER as already existing field in a table where both fields resides
increments existing field ORDER value by one.
Using database dictionary to load incrementing .df file containing the same field ORDER value as
existing field.
CAUSE:
This is a know issue.
FIX:
Manually ensure this does not occur or re-compile all 4GL code using the table where the fields exists.
