FIX:
To replace the WebClient's default desktop icon,progress.ico, follow the steps below:
1. Launch WebClient Application Assembler (%DLC%\bin\prowcappmgr.exe)
2. Select Options tab.
3. Open Systems Task Definitions..
4. Select Shortcut Tab
5. Under the Application shortcut checkbox is the fill-in for the WebClient desktop icon. The default is progress.ico.
