SYMPTOM(s):
oracle data server does not insert rows in correct order
Parent records is created after child records
The 4GL code is creating records in correct order
CAUSE:
This is expected behavior. For Progress database, the order of record creation is irrelevant because the record creats are committed at the end of transaction.
FIX:
None.
