How to scroll through the contents of a Progress browse's column (cell).
GOAL:
How to see all the data in a browse column (cell) when the column's width is too small.
FIX:
Set the attribute column-scrolling on the browse to false to enable the horizontal scrollbars to scroll in character increments.
By default, this is set to true and thus scrolls column by column.
