The following error occurs:
message file '...\proedit\vslick.vsm' not found
Source code editing features do not work
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
The installation was missing the %DLC%\proedit directory and the %DLC%\bin\vsapi.dll. It is unclear what caused this situation.
FIX:
Copy the %DLC%\proedit directory and the %DLC%\bin\vsapi.dll from another installation.
