BrowseColumnLabels define at the instance level to not override the master settings.
Dynamic SmartDataBrowser has Column labels defined in the master.
The SmartDataBrowser's dynamic property BrowseColumnLabels are overridden in the container instance.
At runtime the SmartDataBrowser's column labels reflect the master and not the instance.
The dynamic property BrowseColumnWidths exhibits the same behavior.
