Progress WebClient
The PatchLevel value in registry entry HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\PSC\WebClient\10.0B\Startup is not set to 1 for WebClient 10.0B.
Even on a first install of WebClient 10.0B01, prowcini.exe will not realise it, and the user will be told they have to download 10.0B01
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
A possible workaround is to edit the registry key : HKLM\Software\PSC\webclient\10.0B
and set the PatchLevel value to 1.
