ODBC Test Connection to database fails intermittently
SQL Explorer connection to database fails intermittently
SQL trace files contain the following messages:
Procedure nlsCharToLChar failed with unknown return code 20.
Failed to convert a character to its encoding value for NLS API.
Database logfile contains the following messages
SQLSRV2 2: SYSTEM ERROR: Memory violation. (49)
BROKER 0: BROKER detects death of server <pid>. (1153)
