Progress session hangs on Citrix due to color configuration
Progress: prowin32.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x100e77a6" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read"
CAUSE:
Color settings in the Citrix client is 16 instead of 'High Color'
FIX:
Set the Citrix color to 'High'
