Menubars split in multiple lines make problems with hWin:HEIGHT
As the window width becomes to narrow and MS Windows decides to split the menu bar into multiple lines, then the actual windows height becomes too small.
The frames and widgets in the window are pushed down and out of the Window's visible area

Upgrade to Progress 9.1E02 or later
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.0B03 or later
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1A or later
The fix will need to be activated explicitly by adding a new entry in the Startup section of the progress.ini or registry:
"AdjustMenuWrap=yes"
