String data code page conversion failed.
HY000: [DataDirect][ODBC DB2 Wire Protocol Driver] String data code page conversion failed. Error in column 12.
CAUSE:
So far the true cause is unknown. It appears that the problem was caused by the fact that the physical files were not added to the journal.
FIX:
Add database files (PFs) to the journal
