SYMPTOM(s):
SYSTEM ERROR: User died during microtransaction. (2256)
Database crashes
Error 459 restarting database
** Any incomplete transactions are being backed out. (459)
Bi truncate completes quickly but crash recovery does not start
Cannot start the database in single user mode
CAUSE:
Bi corruption likely due to a power failure
FIX:
1. Go to the latest backup and roll forward ai files if running after imaging.
2. Force into the database with the command proutil db-name -C truncate bi -F. Please see the solution referred to in the note section before trying this option as it will likely damage the database.
