SYMPTOM(s):
Can not create a database using the data admin tool
Can not create a database using the data dictionary.
** Cannot find or open file db, errno = 2. (43)
CAUSE:
There are system environment variables set incorrectly. They will override any registry settings
FIX:
Make certain the system environment variable related to Progress are set correctly.
Right Click on My Computer
Select Advanced
Select Environment Variables
Look under System Variables for settings related to Progress (DLC, PATH, Propath, etc)
