User deleted directory and it contained .db, .bi and .lg!
When you delete the files in a directory that contains the DB and BI
files, any users who have not exited from the DB file can still use it
since it exists in shared memory.
Workaround:
1) Rename your application help.
2) Press F2. You now have access to PROGRESS help which
gives you the ability to access the Dictionary and
do a dump and reload.
3) Make sure all users have exited the .db file.
4) Create an empty .db.
5) Load in the .df and .d files.
6) Recompile all procedures.
