SYMPTOM(s):
Window does not fit in the screen.
The window height is 800
The screen resolution is 1200x800
CAUSE:
The window height only measures the user space of the window
FIX:
Make sure that the user space of the window and title are both visible on the screen.
On 1200x800 screen resolution the window size should be set aroud 770. This depends on the Windows font size which takes more or less space
in the window title.
