If I increase the size of a CLOB could that being lead the CLOB being fragmented in the database?

If CLOBs are the only thing in the AREA does the records per block value matter?

FIX:
Increasing the CLOB size can lead the CLOB being fragmented in the database if it does not fit the cluster anymore.
If CLOBs are the only thing in the AREA than the records per block value does not matter.
