SYMPTOM(s):
The following message appears when trying to install:
The Installation Utility has detected that you have entered duplicate product information.
Serial Number and control codes are correct
Serial Number and control codes were typed only once
Used ENTER key after finishing typing control code
CAUSE:
By using ENTER key a duplicate entry of the same license was accepted, causing duplicate product information
FIX:
Exit the current installation and run proinst again. After typing the control number use CRTL-E to continue the installation.
