FIX:
Yes, the dialog can be bypassed by doing following:
1. Select CGIIP and compatible web server
2. Create two dummie directories
3. Select web server script directory to be one of the dummie directories
4. Select web server document root directory to be the other dummie directory
5. Uncheck both "Copy static HTML files to web server Doc root directory" and "Create vitual directory for static HTML files"
