Converting a Progress 9 database to Progress 10 with proutil <dbname> -C conv910 fails with error (5122)
Database is already in version <db-version> format. (5122)

First schema extent is located in a different directory than that of the .db file
CAUSE:
This is a known issue
FIX:
A workaround for this issue is to move the first extent of the schema area into the same directory as the .db file prior to running the command: proutil <dbname> -C conv910
