Advanced tab in Progress Explorer after installing Service Pack 03 shows Autostart Monitoring Agent.
Advanced tab changed in Progress Explorer after installation of SP03.

FIX:
Dowload the jarfile.zip file from the Product Download 10.0B Service Pack 03 Win32 Intel. Unzip the contents to your %DLC%\java on your system that is running Progress Explorer.
