Installing Progress 9.1D on Windows 2003 x64 and getting busy error on file _isdel.exe
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. _ISDEL.EXE
Getting busy error on file _isdel.exe when installing Progress
Still getting error even after changing the "Application Experience Lookup Service" startup type and system reboot
FACT(s) (Environment):
When task manager is checked for processes, _isdel.exe is not active.

Progress 9.1D
CAUSE:
Progress 9.1D is not supported on the Windows 2003 64-bits
FIX:
Choose on of the following; they are listed in ascending order of complexity.
For Windows 2003 x64:
1. Upgrade to Progress 9.1E.
2. Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1A or later.
3. Downgrade the server to a supported 32 bit version of Windows.
For Windows Vista:
1. Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1B03 or later.
