Using RoundTable and AppServer
CAUSE:
WorkPath environment variable within HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PSC\PROGRESS\10.0B was pointing to a different directory.
FIX:
Place appsrvtt.d into directory specified by the WorkPath environment variable
