CAUSE:
The Microsoft MSCOMCTL.OCX control is not registered and causes the Roundtable TreeView ActiveX Control to generate the error.
FIX:
Register the Microsoft MSCOMCTL.OCX control using the Microsoft's Regsvr32.exe utility. For example:
Regsvr32.exe <progress install>\bin\system\mscomctl.ocx
