proinst fails loading _ovrly due to missing libptools_ptr.a library.
Running proinst fails immediately with errors
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program /cdrom/_ovrly because of the following errors:
0509-150 Dependent module libptools_ptr.a(shr.o) could not be loaded.
0509-022 Cannot load module libptools_ptr.a(shr.o).
0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.

CAUSE:
The libptools_ptr.a library is missing from your operating system.
FIX:
You must install the bos.adt.debug package.
