Backup runs fine at a later time
CAUSE:
The errno within the error 43 message indicates permission denied (errno=13). There may have been something occurring on the server at a system level that prevented Progress from getting to the backup file. A possible cause could be that an OS backup was occurring at the time of the Progress backup which may have had the Progress backup file tied up not allowing the Progress process to access it.
FIX:
Investigate what other process may be running on the machine at the same time the Progress backup is running. Change the start time of either the Progress backup or this other process.
