CommandBar control is visualized in Visual Basic
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
For a Progress environment, CodeJock recommends the use the CommandBarFrame control instead of the CommandBar control.
The CommandBarFrame control can be used successfully in a Progress AppBuilder window.
