SYMPTOM(s):
Browse widget is invisible when vertical scroll bar is clicked.
CAUSE:
Code logic in the browse SCROLL-NOTIFY trigger erroneously sets the browse VISIBLE attribute to FALSE.
FIX:
Set the browse VISIBLE attribute to TRUE.
