Another alert box complains about progress.ini file
CAUSE:
Progress.ini file on server is corrupt. It is missing essential information. In this case it was missing all the installation paths in the [Startup] section. Progress ini file contains environment-variable settings that are used to set the user interface environment.
FIX:
Edit the progress.ini file, adding Progress installation information (or copy a known good progress.ini file from another installation).
