Error 91 is apparent when creating a record

Oracle self service client works fine

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00121316
FIX:
For Progress 9.1E, install service pack 9.1E04.
For OE 10.0B, install service Pack OE 10.0B05.
For OE10.1A, install service pack OE 10.1A01.
Or,
Upgrade to OE 10.1B or later.
If none of the above is possible, the workaround is to use self service client (_progres). Do not use Oracle DataServer broker.
