Response time of the simple FOR EACH query is 8-10 times slower in 10.0B01 as compared to 10.0A
The problem happens only when there's a primary index defined in a table.
A FOR EACH query is split into as many 'select' statements as there are records in a table
CAUSE:
Bug# 20050412-001
CAUSE:
For scrolling and fast cursor, ODBC DataServer operated as with slow cursors and retrieved each record by separate SQL.
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1E03 or 10.0B03.
