SYMPTOM(s):
Can not connect to WebSpeed transaction server
Error 6019 and 8239 received in the browser
WebSpeed error from messenger process (6019)
Name Server at Host <Host> Port <Port> is not responsive. (8239)
Web server is on a different machine than the transaction server
The messenger's ubroker.properties file still has name server assigned old host IP

CHANGE:
The transaction server has IP changed
CAUSE:
The messenger is going to old IP for name server, thus error 8239
FIX:
Correct the IP of the controlling name server of the messenger in messenger's ubroker.properties file, then restart web server.
