SYMPTOM(s):
Can not install the WebClient application from PC
Error when executing prowcap.c file over a mapped drive
0x80020009 wcadd/_ExtractComponent.p" (5890 ).
Logging in with domain admin user account
CAUSE:
Application installs .DLLs and other system files which requires an account with local administration permissions.
FIX:
Create a local Administrator account and install the application using the account with local administration privileges.
