SYMPTOM(s):
Prostrct create was run from the DLC/bin directory to create database successfully.
.db file is not in database directory.
The directory paths in the .st file are correct.
.db file was created in the DLC/bin directory.
All database extends except .db were created in the proper directories.
CAUSE:
The .db file is created in the directory where the prostrct create command is run from, this is normal and expected behavior.
FIX:
Execute the PROSTRCT create utility from the directory the database is to be located in.
