Fathom remote container is crashing.

SYSTEM ERROR: Memory violation. (49)
java.lang.NumberFormatException: 60,6
Database is the proper version.
Number format, LC_NUMERIC="en_US", is ok.
CAUSE:
Prior to these errors there were many java.lang.OutOfMemoryErrors. When this happens files that the Java application uses may become corrupted and that is what happened in this case.
FIX:
Delete and recreate the Fathom container.
