SYMPTOM(s):
dsrutil -C status returns 000 status
CAUSE:
The dsrutil utility will return a 000 when the relevant process for the database (rpserver or rpagent) is not running, e.g. if the rpserver isn't running for the source, then the status returned by dsrutil will be 000. No other status is returned since replication isn't running.
FIX:
Ensure that the relevant process is running when querying replication status.
