No ADM2 icons appear in WebSpeed's AppBuilder's Object Palette
ADM2 icons can be added to the Object Palette
Trying to use ADM2 icons causes Object Palette to disappear from screen.
Report Builder installed with WebSpeed Workshop
Installing Progress 9.1D WebSpeed with Report Builder provides full development functionality

Bug# 20050919-008
FIX:
This is expected behavior. Versions prior to Progress 9.1E were able to have full UIB functionality because of a bug that existed in WebSpeed Workshop.
Install Progress 9.1E Provision or Provision Plus for full UIB functionality.
