FIX:
Progress still supports HLC in OE10.
Please beware that the header files and samples are in a new location: $DLC/oebuild/hlc for UNIX, or %DLC%\oebuild\hlc for Windows.
In OpenEdge 10.0A the documentation about HLC was accidentally removed from the product.
It was brought back as an addendum in 10.0B and it is integrated back into the regular product documentation in 10.1A.
