Before-table bound to definition of dataset when passing dataset by reference.
Passing a dataset by reference can result in the before temp table being used from the definition of the dataset and not the actual dataset passed by reference.
BREAK BY causes the dataset before table to be bound to the dataset definition. Removing the BREAK BY resolves the issue and uses the correct before table passed by reference.
