The month was read first instead of a day.
Example 21/12/2005 instead of 12/21/2005

CAUSE:
Using the wrong -d parameter in the startup.pf file.
FIX:
Modify the -d startup parameter, in OpenEdge installation directory/startup.pf, according to the date format used during the dump of the table.
Date Format:
-d mdy
