SYMPTOM(s):
error -1 reading record 87525188 (3839) when database broker is started.
Receive 8004 error when querying data from the database.

Database log error: sccheck_sql92_vis: scdbk failed for filci (8004)
Remote database server terminates with a 210 error.
SYSTEM ERROR: Attempt to read block <> which does not exist. (210)

Idxfix utility errors on _Index-field and never completes.
The database log file shows error: This database has not been fully restored and may be damaged. (1621)
CAUSE:
The database was only partially restored. It is not recommended to start a database broker against an database that was not completely restored. Use of a partially restored database can result in fatal errors or garbled data.
FIX:
Restore the database completely prior to starting the database broker.
