SYMPTOM(s):
Error 2304 when running Oracle stored procedure
Bad handle in ORARNFND (2304)
Stored procedure uses Send SQL to change Oracle user's password
If there is no errors in changing password, the procedure executes successfully
Error 2304 happens only when there are Oracle errors returned when changing password
Error occurs when progress clients connects to Oracle data server broker
Error does not occur when client is self served with no data server broker

FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge Oracle DataServer or connect to data server broker / server if upgrade is not possible
